When we first became interested in a Temecula Wine Country home we looked for an agent fortunately we found him. Tom from the start was devoted to getting to know us and what we were looking for. Using his personal touch, he really listened to our home preferences, price range, and desires. He quickly and accurately screened home prospects for us and before we knew it he had found us our dream home. More than a realtor, he helped me and my 94 year young mother in so many ways in getting her moved from Santa Fe, NM to Tucson. He interviewed several realtors in NM to market mom's condo. He sent us the contact info of two he thought would be a good fit. One was chosen and Tom worked very closely with her to get this contigency sale accomplished. It was not easy; the NM market was slow and extenstions were asked for and granted here in Tucson. Tom was never without an idea of how to make this sell/buy work. He was always encouraging and moving towards the goal: finding my mom the best place for her at the best price then getting the deal done. Not to mention he had shown my mom and I townhouses here in AZ several times in the years before she finally decided to make her move. It has been a long and rather difficult journey, I do not even want to think what it would have been like without Tom by our side before, during and after the deal was done.

Tom asked us pointed questions about what we would be looking for in a property: types of view, types of communities or none, what was important for ease of access in our daily lives, etcetera. He listened intently to our criteria and lined up showings which fit with what we thought we wanted. Our criteria changed each time we went out and Tom worked diligently to realign properties as our thoughts changed. Due to his hard work and boundless energy, we have a very good idea of where we would like to buy in Tucson.

To say he is "top-notch" does not even begin to describe his services and professionalism. I would not be living in my beautiful new home and "stress free" if it were not for his never ending care with making sure all that goes into buying a new home was taken care of for me, without my being here. He found the perfect property for me, and basically I was able to fly in for one day to purchase. Then he made sure all inspections were lined up for my next visit. His communications via email, text, phone were consistent, and he listened to all my concerns and took care of negotiating everyone. After closing, as I was still not able to move yet, he took care to line up all I wanted to get done before I moved in. And I did not even mention his extraordinary knowledge of real-estate, contracts, closing costs and all the paper work. Let's just say he "had my back" through the whole process. He is kind, courteous, and has a great reputation with the real-estate and real-estate vendor community here. I was fortunate he was my Realtor!
